I think the main thing for me is the lack of stars(funny complaint for pornography I know). It's cool to look back and see titles where all the stars have long careers ahead of them. Now it feels like it's harder since careers feel shorter, many stars get exclusive contracts or get bogged. Also agree on the creativity part too, I know there's a title where AIKA goes ghost hunting, let her do weird shit like that again.
