The only ones not translated are Hopeless Masquerade, Double Dealing Character, and Impossible Spellcard. I'm sure you can still find an english translation patch for those as well, but it might not be as official. Also, you can still play the games fine without translation.

Anyway, if you want to get into Touhou, you don't have to be good at danmaku, but they're certainly worth checking out.
