Yeah, this is how I see it too. I like Noriko just fine but the truth is that getting into the "seiyuu PB" scene seems practically impossible at an older age with most of the big names like Mikku, Sumipe, TrySail, Maaya, etc. all having started when they were pretty young. She might as well try to get into it now if she wants to pick up any potential niche there because she's not getting any younger and going lewd right off the bat might just be an all-or-nothing play.

She is. For reference, she's a few months older than girls like Aimi and Sumipe, which doesn't seem that strange until you remember that she didn't really have her breakout iM@S gig until 2018 and her career mainly had to slowly grow off of that.
