[Ryougi Shiki] is not a character that "acts" on the world in the same way other characters do. Her capacity to "act" cannot be measured alongside that of other characters. If you are thinking about [Ryougi Shiki] in terms of powerlevel comparisons then you have comprehensively failed to understand the KnK epilogue.
