It basically means she rolled the chance to start a random activity and she's not in a place where she can train, clean, cook or do any other stuff.
Typically she does it in her own room, or rests. You can only join in on that with positive outcome (+favor) if she trusts you, otherwise she gets interrupted and cancels it. I've had a couple of instances where my girl "finished thinking" and jumped my bones.
