A bit slow here, but after adding fifteen more botnets to my collection, I can say that the DoD expansion upload on tentaclenoises is the real deal. Just run the install thing, point to where your DoD is installed (it will want to make another folder named 東方幻想魔録 on top of it, so pay attention to the location box), and enjoy. Remember to patch it to 2.01 as well.

I'm going to refrain from playing now though, because there's this rather large notice on their website (http://www.gensoukyou.org/)) saying something that Google Translate makes looks like a kind of a huge bug.
