It's from MBAACC 1.07. Your version is outdated. Even then the Katakana in the outdated version still says Arcueid, same for her discussions in the character routes.

No, DoO developed inside Tatari (which is a world on its own) and went through different events than Sion. Arc and CM Arc have gone through the same things, you cannot compare them.

You're arguing with the game and Nasu here. Even CM Arc never said she wasn't Arc, she just said she wasn' the Arc that Shiki knew.
