Well fuck me sideways. The upgrade formula for AA isn't as simple as I thought. Upon re-inspection different equipment have different modifiers.

The 0.7 has to be multiplied by a modifier dependent on the equipment type. So air radars for example would be 3*0.7*sqrt(stars) giving 2.1*sqrt(stars).

I don't feel like updating the equipment upgrade values table to account for all this though. That's 3 more formulas to calculate.
