Looks like Blizzard is full on the Korean propaganda machine.

Look at how they modeled her exactly in the Japanese moe style, have a Japanese style mech, and conveniently be Korean. It's not surprising that Blizzard is sucking Korean dick, but they so blatantly copied Japanese culture and slapped Korean on it.
