I know this is a topic for shitposting so I apologize in advance. I'll tell you the whole story.
Ai's mama made an illustration of Megurine Luka, who has a nice pair of tits. So I checked her stats and they're F-cups, but she has 2cm less bust and she's 6cm taller compared to the A.I.
With that in mind, I checked Ai-chan's 3D model to get an estimate of her frame (the measure under the bust) and found out it's about 67cm. Now, semi-officially AI is an E-cup but doing the math her titties are actually F-cups too.
Going on another tangent, a 156cm sex doll with E-cups is also 2cm less busty than her so the numbers add up.

That said, they look like E-cups. Unless Ai-chan's chest is bound very very tightly, which is also a posibility.
