Nice to see these continue to bond. They'll be all but family when their children are born. Both of them are mothers of Sekai so they have that. But with Marisa's own children coming from the same father as Sekai (although in a much more natrual matter) her children would be siblings to Sekai, making Patchouli their aunt, or maybe their stepmother? Of course you have Aya's hatchlings and all the other children, they're directly step-children of Marisa's. Then you have Hana and Reimu of course. Everyone would have a relation to them through their father so that means....

Tengu society must be a bureaucratic nightmare. Everyone is trying to one-up each other with minuscule details and having to follow the laws down to the exact lettering. Hopefully Aya Kaczynski will change all of that.
