I'm always spooking people.

At first it was fun, now its just annoying. Every time I enter a room someone jumps or sometimes even screams. My own mother has done this hundreds upon hundreds of times. It wasn't always like this but at some point in the last few years something happened and I do this all the time and can't stop. Its weird, almost otherworldly. I thought about maybe trying to knock on things and make as much noise as possible but as you can imagine I'm not an attention-seeking type.

I mean I know I'm no looker but I'm not ugly to the point where it should startle people to such a degree. Maybe I'm already half dead or something so my presence has already moved on to the afterlife and my body is still here.
