I'm having issues playing EoSD. I have force 60fps on but the game keeps flipping between 60 and 30fps. Been playing PCB too but it doesn't have this problem.

Fuck, why am I so shit at this game? It's my first time playing a Touhou game(unless IaMP counts) and I'm doing terrible. I'm lucky if I make it past Cirno regardless of what mode I play on.

Is there some strategy to this? I've basically just been sticking to "shoot it until it dies".
