I can't find my post that I sensed it was a strategic maneuver that Nanami, Manaka, and Narumi were picked as Team Captains, ie. they were testing them for the next General Manager, and while I was partial to Nanami and Captain Berin, the hidden Team Captain candidate for General Manager, I do recognize the leadership capabilities of Narumi. There's a reason why Team 4 members made that post when they lost, they were most likely prepped up and communicated by Narumi to give them a morale boost even though the Hado game was just for fun. This to me is a sign of a good leader, who would talk to members to ask if they have problems or just give them a pep talk if needed.
