That's where you are wrong, Shigure is the best destroyer due to her emerging undamaged from several several fierce naval battles and earning the nickname, Shigure of Sasebo. She served faithfully and furiously for her nation that she gave Imperial Japan their last victory in the Battle of Vella Lavella. It's extremely telling that the United States Navy was cowed by her given that they had to defeat her in such a cowardly and underhanded way. If anyone deserves the title for best destroyer, it's Shigure, the Empress of Kancolle.
