It's really hard to get quantifiable data out of a shit platform like twitter. Even if Elon Musk gives it a tagging system, jap artists won't start retroactively using it.

One thing that is relatively easy to compare as an one-off event is the number of 2021 birthday tweets. By that metric, Satoko's popularity is now 2 orders of magnitude higher than Rika. (10000s vs 100s tweets.)
Plus Rika's tweets were basically like this.
