The last time a servant got all lovey-dovey towards a guy, the mansion exploded and everyone died. It's Sakuya who has to clean that mess up so she doesn't feel like tempting fate again, but because she's still a girl (Debatably, she's not as bad as the Makai maid but she's not exactly empathetic) she accidentally tripped a tsundere flag and is in denial about her repressed fantasies after living in a mansion entirely populated by women.

So Hong getting a kind-of boyfriend before her is something she can't handle mentally.
She just cannot accept that the goofy dork of a gatekeeper, who's not even human and doesn't even know how to eat bread rolls properly, is more attractive to anyone than her, the perfect and elegant maid who keeps her appearance immaculate and her manners impeccable.
Deep down she must know that that's precisely the reason why she's been single all these years, and if she really wanted to Remilia isn't so dependant on her that she'd be missed for a couple hours a week to get friendly with someone outside the mansion, but of course she's married totally to her job to the point where it's inseperable from her actual personality now.

Time will tell who wins the Anonbowl in this match...
