I beat her on Hard several days ago in the minimum number or runs with surface fleet and no sparkles except what came from MVPs.

Main fleet was Yamashiro, Yamato, Musashi, Mutsu, Chiyoda, Junyou.

Well, after giving up on Isokaze at Midway then passing up the last e-peen medal, this was sure a welcome change of pace. I didn't even know for sure if I was on the last kill or not, all I did was add two BBs to my light support fleet just in case (which proceeded to do nothing except 50 damage to boss anyway). Yamashiro, Chioyda, and Junyou turned out to be enough to get superiority at boss node even after M node losses.

5 out of 6 chipping runs were S ranks that didn't even require my CLTs to attack, AACI Maya even got one boss kill. My K node runs for Roma literally have been going worse than my boss kills, although granted I'm using cheap ships and ones that I want to grind.
