Sakuya is more of a lady's companion than a plain domestic servant, with responsibilities that extend to the running and well being of the entire mansion. So if Remi ordered her to do something that would damage the function or reputation of the household, Sakuya would be expected to inform her of the consequences before.
That doesn't change the fact that ultimately Sakuya obeys Remilia's every whim, no matter the consequences, without a hint of doubt or regret. Anything else would be unthinkable.

What if the next game was a 3D remake of StB including taking pictures of all the new characters, and full multiplayer options for regular spellcard battles, with the final singleplayer level is Aya being chased by Utsuho out of Hell while Nuclear Fusion is playing in the background and giant explosions occur with sirens and klaxons going off and then you reach the surface with a nuclear blast following you, finishing off with a climactic final battle and a percentage counter in the background showing how much of Gensokyo has been destroyed?
