are we using the same tool here? because you don't have to input a youtube or niconico link at all, you just have to copy the chart link and paste it into PPD downloader on tools > PPD Manager > PPD downloader.
for example, i want to download this chart https://projectdxxx.me/score/index/id/15354968008f7fc87b42991b0050dbdc which used niconico for its mv. all i have to do is to t copy that link and paste it on PPD download URL, wait and it's done.
