Just start doing some push-ups and get interested in excercising. Its almost impossible to be depressed and working out. After that you will have more confidence to talk to people, get a job and have gura as your gf. If you are anorexic just pump a shitton of push-ups since your arms must be sticks and a lot of squats. Since you are thin I would reccomend going heavy on sit-ups since you can have six pack in like a month by just eating right and doing excersice for abs every day. Put some motivating music and the world is yours. You can do it anon. Do it for Gura.
