She treats her job with so much sincerity and professionalism that it impresses me really. Pretty much all her streams are very deliberate in their content and how she goes about them, from playing the game earnestly despite never picking them up for a second go-around.
She might not run a schedule but despite that she still properly does her streams regardless of prior planning, she is somehow very sporadic and consistent at the same time.
And I don't think I have to talk about how well she treats her collabs or how she never seem to take on more than she can handle.

She is just a professional through and through while maintaining that level of intimacy that captures gachikoi by the thousands and occasionally showing us that she cares, probably far too much, about us.
