Wotas do wotagei during concerts, but ONLY for Romantic Ukare Mode. See the 2010 summer fankora concert with Mano Erina singing Romantic Ukare Mode.

Also, I wanted to mention that I have always hated Ayacho and Momo somewhat, but they both went up 10 points when they started doing the mawari. Never thought I would see H!P members doing wotagei....
