You won't die from touching Orin during her last spellcard, like in pic related. You start at the bottom to attract the fairies, and then go up inside Orin's sprite. Staying inside will prevent her from shooting those tiny bullets, then drop a bomb when the fairies reach the middle. If you reach with 2 power then you can end the spellcard right there with two bombs, if not, you'll need to escape upwards, circle around, etc.
