How do you feel about smoking Mokou

I imagine that she goes through "phases", that she hasn't figured out the problem of her infinite life and will take different approaches, a few decades at a time.
For awhile she'll get into self destructive behavior, for awhile she'll isolate herself, for awhile she'll live with a human, for awhile she'll wander.
Basically living different lives one after another, none of them resolving her core issue. But by feeling like she's "trying this for now", she can at least feel like she's doing something, and avoid the looming depression/insanity.
I also like to imagine that she likes to try new foods, and is always on the look out for interesting tastes and other physical pleasures she hasn't tried.
And I imagine that mokou is a huge hot sauce nerd and loves to try new ones!

I don't know how realistic all that really is for her or if it's just my dumb fantasy though.

Why doesn't she just quit?

It's actually almost the opposite.

Smoking a single cigarette when you're just starting can straight up knock you on your ass. Try a Parliament full flavor or Camel Unfiltered during your first few months and you will have to sit the fuck down no matter what.

Smoking just scratches a lot of itches for me

- Oral fixation
- Compulsive repetitive actions
- Chemical relaxation


It's also sometimes the only time of day where I get to just sit down and look at the world around me and not feel like I'm not having my soul murdered.

Smoking is as unhealthy as everybody says, but no smoker goes into it not knowing that.

Shit, you guys are already washouts for all intents and purposes and addicted to so much. Why not pick up another, that at least makes you feel good?

Smells like shit, tastes like shit, stains everything in your room, doesn't even do anything for me anyway. Just a cloudy placebo.

Yeah, well, it happens all the time.

I'd continue life as it is. All day, 'erryday at the computer. Doing some programming sometimes, listening to music. I think i'd still want to contribute to society and finish my degree, but the urge wouldn't be as great as it is now.
