Oh and in the moshpit, just shove people off of you as they bump into you, don't try to knock them down the floor. If someone does fall down, help them up immediately. Don't be throwing your fists and elbows around like they do at metalcore shows. If you're on the outside perimeter of the circle, feel free to shove people who bump into or high-five them or whatever but if you see that someone wants out, let them through.

what else... if you're totally in front of the stage, prepare to be squished by dozens and dozens of people for pretty much the whole show except for between songs. Sometimes the security staff will give out water bottles those who are really tripping balls, but you're better off buying your own before the show starts.

Expect to be a sweaty mess after all that, so dress lightly. Unless you take it easy and chill in the back and the side of the crowd where there's no moshpit or crowdsurfing or anything like that. You should still run in the moshpit for one or two songs.

lol

Some highlights

>Now OF COURSE I expect a circle pit for Catch me if you can, but to push thousands of people right to the back of the hall because you want a massive space for yourself to have circle pit for every god damn song.... that's some scumbaggery IMO, and what the hell is with all the punching and kicking I saw go on? It's a mosh not fight club...

>The no seating, all standing, full on moshing aspect of this gig was the main reason I wasn't too bothered about not getting tickets. When I heard there wouldn't be seating, I couldn't figure out how it would happen. You've got people wanting to mosh mixed in with young children, families and people who just don't want to mosh.

>It's not the moshing I have a problem with but with the way it was done, for eg would you mosh up against a husband and wife who were with their two young kids who were barely taller than the barrier?

It's a metal show, not an idol show.

People bringing their kids to the show right up to the front is the worst type of "scumbagerry". The front of metal shows have always been for moshpits and crowd surfers, if not worse, it's the trade-off for being the ones at the front and closest to the bands.

You want to bring your kids and stand them on your shoulders? Do that in the back and off to the sides.

Of course there are "hardcore" dudes who take it too far and are at the wrong shows for that sort of shit, but the guy sounds like a completely sheltered soccer mom.

kek what is this mallcore that has nothing to do with Babymetal

and yeah, there is no real screaming in that song until 3:33, there's plenty of Mickey Mouse-style SHOUTING, but not screaming.

Screams are defined as being long & sustained. It could be part of word in lyrics like "headobangyaaaaaaaa" or just random sounds that aren't really words like the intro of IDZ and Iine that are just "aaaaaaaa" & "iiaaaaaaaaa".
