What do true Japanese Otaku think of Akihabara?

They think of it as a place only casuals, gaijin weeb tourists and niwaka hang out at, or they actually like Akihabara?
I plan on visiting there one day, but I would be extremely disappointed if I got there and only found the equivalent of The Big Bang Theory loving western fans.

So it is more like if you homicidal you might end up with a more homicidal servant, or if you devote yourself towards others you may end up with a servant wth similair ideals. I figure things such as temprament as in patience and agression could matter as well.

But the catalyst has top priority, if any leeway is given, then the compatibility of the summoner's mind comes into play.
If the guy in the picture were to summon a servant without a catalyst for an example, he might end up with a slightly perverted servant with a nerd interest.
