No matter what I think of Cover I will always be thankful to them for at least giving these girls an opportunity. What really hammered it home for me was Subaru talking about how hard it was for her to adapt to this job knowing basically nothing about it and struggling getting momentum for some time, and how now it has become so integrated in her life she doesn't even know where the job ends and her spare time begins. And then in her life stories video she said something like
>"My life has never been more peaceful... Probably because I don't have to go outside that much anymore, all kind of things always happen there."
I don't even care if they're playing characters and what not, times like these I can believe that these feelings are real and genuine. And for some like Kanata and Suisei it's also the only chance to ever get closer to their life-long dream.

Subaru was going through a conflicting phase back then and Ui used the opportunity to bring back her initial revealing designs for her daughter. In this regard Ui completely redeemed herself with the New Year outfit. Subaru was so happy to present it it was surely worth the effort.
