I wouldn't be so sure about that, he at least supervised them. Why does I think that ? Simple.

The Anime, manga and ds games all have exclusives contents who are strangely the same even for two of them even while being done by different persons. The first one is Natsumi's arc, Ryukishi was said to have wrote the script for the manga, and the same arc is in Kizuna with some modifications. We also have Akasaka's daughter being present in the epilogue of Himatsubushi for the manga AND Kizuna, with both versions having the same scenes. Let's not forget about the Anime's exclusive arc with Satoko, the ending is exactly the same as one of the ps2's arcs, except that Satoko is replaced by Mion.

Ryukishi most likely worked a lot on those different version, it's quite sure Hanyu's Kizuna arc is canon. Some people may say that it doesn't fully fit with what Rika said about her past in Matsuribayashi (in this one, the conversation between Hanyu and Ouka seemed quite peaceful and at night in front of the Shrine, while it was quite a huge mess in the Kizuna arc), but it seems like even Rika doesn't know what exactly happened, and the last TIP clearly says that there are different versions of the story in the hidden documents of the Furude (who are the only ones knowing about those).
