That’s pretty sad, Jurina’s one of the bigger names already. I’ll stick with her on Chinese sites then I guess (maybe even actually relearn Jap). Probably not going to get too into the new generations though. Jurina’s already my Kami-oshi (plus I’m getting quite attached to the Golden Age girls through 2008-9 AKBingo which hurts a bit knowing most of them are gone already)

It sucks but I guess I might have to search the depths of twitter/tumblr for any surviving Jurina fansites/followers. The online English jpop scene is honestly like a post-apocalyptic wasteland

Master list doesn’t really list which girls are present at each show though. I’ve been skimming through begging of AKBingo eps to check if Jurina is in them.


Anyway thanks for the feedback guys. It’s pretty upsetting that Jurina’s old S48 thread with 300 pages seems to be lost to history but alas maybe that’s my fate for not being a fan earlier. I’ll still lurk around in future for the rare Jurina pic and hopefully enjoy the shitposts and tears when she finally wins SSK this year
