Shion works at Angel Mort, so there's that indirect association.

IIRC, Satoko is the one who briefly tells Hanyuu about Angel Mort and its cream puffs in Matsuri, but then there's no follow up since the plot had more important stuff to focus on. That art really would make more sense with Satoko.
