It's a niche subculture hobby with varying personalities. No matter what community you are a part of people are going to clash and drama will occur. Cosplay, BJDs, Japanese fashion, Furry, and so forth will have drama, clashing, and, cliques. It's not a kigurumi problem because of lewds. It's a sociological occurance in groups.
