i don't get the turtle thing

So, I'm that guy from last thread who is going to make an Umineko stream with my friends, each person dubbing a character or two of their preference.

Thing is, I'm a huge newfag for this kind of stuff. We are using discord to meet up, and twitch for the stream. Can some kind anon explain me more or less just what I should do to make things work decently?

We are planning this for next week or a little after that and just closed our group and the roles.

Yeah guys, this is Turtle Kanon meme. It was pretty popular (for a short period of time) in some deviantart stuff and on tumblr posts about Umineko.
