Are there many cards like that though? I need some motivation to play games again and I'm trying to decide which one would be more satisfying in the long run. I browsed through the MA card database, but there wasn't anything like for VC in the FAQ.

That's already confirmed. Apparently you can change the iphone's store region easily but, with how fragmented Android is, that's not possible with the Google Play store unless you do shady shit to it involving rooting it. Not worth it to me, quite frankly.

It is funny just how much Square Enix EU and NA want to hide this title from the west because at this point literally every single country in the east has it now. Though even if it did come over here proper, it'd just be censored, thanks to the current state of Japanese games in the western industry so it's for the better that it doesn't.
