>Can breast milk be stored in fridges, assuming the woman is able to release a lot?
Yes, but they'd have to be maintained at optimal temperature levels.. It is recommended to keep breastmilk stored for a maximum of 3 months in the freezer, since once 90 days after the breastmilk has been secreted have passed, it's been observed that the macronutrient contents and calories begin to decrease. In addition to that, the milk starts to become more acidic. It's recommended to keep breastmilk for a maximum of 4 days in the refrigerator, and only 4 hours in room temperature. You can also buy frozen breastmilk from people online, but they charge a hefty price.
>Could it replace regular cow milk in like, baking recipes?
I can't think of anything that wouldn't allow you to do that, but it'd be best to use it as quickly as possible due to the deteriorating condition. This just makes me think of silly scenarios where Letty realises she forgot to get some milk in the middle of making something so she decides to squeeze out some of her own milk for the recipe.
