It also depends which game you play. In Stella Stage Miki is already willing to work hard because she enjoys idoling a lot and wants to show a " special someone" what she is capable off. She still knows she has troubles doing boring stuff but she is working on it and attacking her problems the Miki way instead of just lazing around. It was quite fun seeing her that way but it saddens me that the game has barely has any commus.

I can see people change through a life changing experience irl. So people getting serious all of a sudden because reality comes crashing down is something that can be a realistic development. But i think Miki transformation was a bit overdone but it's definitely Miki for coming of as strong as she can.

I love the Miki Mouse!
