I would give her a puppy and watch her grow to care for it and then force her to kill it if she wants to recieve her food for the week! Killing her only friend in this cruel world is so hot! I want to hear her scream for mommy while I snatch her out of her fantasy world whenever I please. I would let thousands of spiders into her dark cold room and allow them to crawl all over her and place their eggs in her body! How horrifying it must be for a woman with the mind of a little girl to be subjected to that type of horror! How humiliating!
