No, not really, seeing how as I can't hear the difference between a decent mp3 and lossless. PNG still has decent compression (especially compared to FLAC) and it supports transparency. Besides, JPEG artifacts on traces are retarded.

Besides, that image has a lot of gradients so it doesn't really use PNG to its full effect.
