Moona is currently filling the mature, aggressively sexy onee-san ecological niche for the countless, ever growing EOP Hololive watchers who just started watching with EN. This because EN doesn't have any such personality. For example someone like Calli may have a body and costume that is appropriate for the job, but there's a reason she's called "Our boy", as her brain's operating system is from a middle schoolboy. Obviously Hololive JP never had a shortage of thirsty, lewd vtubers, but their English is... Also ID women seem to be particularly proficient at this ara ara sort of thing, at least in part because of the accent.
Anyway the point is that you're not the only one paying attention to the sub count increase, and this should give you an idea or two for what might be coming in HoloEN Gen 2.
