Who even knows at this point. Oniokoshi seems to be thrown together pretty haphazardly, with most of the cast being pretty superfluous.
Kihiro is obviously supposed to be important to Oniokoshi, given all the ~menacing~ panels with him, but the story did nothing to explore any of his character other than show him as a blatant Rena knockoff who is gay for Keitarou. Sakiko is the only member of the club children who is actually developed to some extent (honestly moreso than Keitarou himself), and that applies to both arcs, so it's hard to say which arc will give the most focus to her (especially since Oniokoshi has her lose a parent while it's highly likely she loses the other in Hoshiwatashi, so she's always in the middle of things).
I think Natsumi Kei is just a hack, honestly.
