>be you
>travelling between towns for whatever reason
>get caught in rock slide
>buried up to you chest
>legs crushed
>everything goes dark
>when you come to your covered in bandages and your legs are in splints
>a Kiki is tending to you
>apparently she dug you out of the rumble and you've been unconscious for two days
>your legs where a complete mess and you'll need months to heal
>and you'll probably never be able to make long journeys on foot ever again
>your new caretaker is quite the dutiful worker though
>she tends to your wounds, cleans you and prepares your meals
>watching her work is almost enchanting
>eventually your able to start walking again (with the help of crutches)
>you try to help with any work she has as a way to thank her but she has none of it
>you have to rest she tells you
>let her deal with everything
>in the end you spend most of your time just watching her go about her day
>the way she moves and works is mesmerising
>you catch yourself staring more and more frequently
>the way she seems to always have her backed turned to you would make it so easy to just-
>you catch yourself and dismiss the idea as an errant thought
>but as time goes on such thoughts seem to intrude your mind more and more often
>how easy easy it would be to just take her where she stands
>your horrified with yourself and try to bury the thoughts as much as possible
>but it only gets worse
>your not sure if she's starting to spend more time closer to you or if your just more conscious of her
>it becomes so bad you start avoiding her out of fear of what you might do
>yet you always seem to be bumping into her
>eventually you decide for her own safety you should leave
>as soon as your able you leave her a note thanking her for her kindness and leave early one morning
>it'll be a long hike to the next town, especially with your legs
>but hopefully your dark thoughts will fade over time
>you think you'll be able to get away from her
>you where wrong
