Just looked up some videos of it, seems like a direct clone of the Rhythm Tengoku series with a Touhou theme. Is this even remotely worth the time of someone who's played all three of the Rhythm Tengoku games?

I wish I could dance like this. I would wear a Touhou's outfit or a Kigurumi and dance to Touhou arranges.
And I would develop a dance move for each Touhou. Like the Mokou would involve me acting like I'm dying, but then I rise up in reverse and rewind all the moves I did while dying, and the Hina would involve copious amounts of spinning.
I would be so fly, the best Touhou street dancer.

I always considered the Rhythm Tengoku Gold (DS) the weakest game in the series; it's also the only one I haven't even completed (unlocked all base games, quit halfway through the remixed games). This while I not only completed the other two games, I also played a lot after it (I have 47 medals in Minna no Rhythm Tengoku). Gold just has by far the largest amount of unfun games in it; each game has a couple of less fun games, but in Gold almost half of the games are just a chore to clear so you can get the actual fun games.

(In case anyone's wondering, my favorite is Minna no Rhythm Tengoku, playing order was 1 -> 3 -> 2.)
