It's a sign that he can't keep his world building consistent. If he starts out by saying that they share the same worlds, and even tease that Archer got his shroud from fucking Ciel, only for him to retroactively split them apart because he wanted to write celestial retardation into Fate, it shows that he doesn't care about what he's written before and will write whatever the fuck he wants.

Plus his celestial autism is badly written. I've felt more tension from Shiki and Arc fighting a shirtless vampire in a school than some Saberfaced faggot in a retarded outfit threatening to end reality.
