Honestly it's worth reading both of them. The novel really lets you delve into some of the character's thoughts a lot better than the manga does. But the manga fixes a few problems with the novel and explores some things that the novel didn't.

Overall I preferred the novel (voice acting + music) but the manga is definitely worth reading as well.
