In TohoK, how can I make sure that my character does not please a girl without setting stuff like csens, vsens to 0 every turn with cheats and hope that she doesn't cum. I tried setting my stamina and strength very low so as soon as I cum I pass out and sex ends but as desire builds up girls molest me and cum anyway. I tried having a small penis and no sex technique etc but that doesn't matter with smaller girls and I don't want everyone to be stretched to the moon and back just so they stop enjoying my dick. Setting desire to 0 to avoid getting raped after I lose consciousness is too tedious. Is there a way to get around that like maybe an ability cap or experience something?
Insensitive traits are not enough either. For now best method is setting my stamina and strength to 300, putting csens to like 999 and cumming immediately so the girl gets little to no pleasure.
Obviously, there is no dissatisfaction mechanic in the game. Would it be possible to add a trait that checks your assertiveness, abilities, dick size and stats when you commit a sex act so you give little to no pleasure to the girl and also lose favor/dependence. I don't know how to mod the game but I think the values in pic related are what I'm after. A talent that caps that at 0-10, displays alternative text about dissatisfaction and makes the player lose favor and dependence upon committing sex acts is what I'm ultimately after

Tldr: how do I maximize player orgasms and minimize npc pleasure (preferably keep it at 0)
