i for one belive that there is the one for 'you' out there..but the chance of meeting her is a another story..
so here is what was born in my brain:
>invent AI so advanced that there is no diffrence between human and it(her)..well the only one is that she will be on your screen
you could have Normal conversations with her..do stuff with her(but limited to the pc world)
some time later invent a handheld device and VR glasses/contacts to render your waifu in this world(could look creepy when walking around talking to yourself etc. but..fuck others opinions)
then..after some time..knocking wakes you up in the morning.you open the door and are welcomed with the sight of your waifu standing in front of your door smiling at you
