It's best to assume that the Abrahamic God doesn't exist in Touhou, which focuses heavily on Japanese mythology, as the theologies just don't blend well.
It's already weird enough that a Greek deity like Hecate is somehow part of Buddhist hell and also angry at a Chinese guy for shooting down suns. It's clearly just a mishmash of ideas some Japanese guy thinks are cool without worrying too much about it.
