I think I saw something that translated to "desires pregnancy" in one of the older versions when I cheated some talents out. No idea if it's being worked on or abandoned now though.

Imagine - she takes your condoms off, refuses the pill, begs you to cum inside, and will still get full frustration and try to fuck even if she's caring for a kid already. Maybe take ovulation drugs if she's got mixing knowledge. There's potential in this.
Wish pregnancy was better in this game tho, maybe allow twins or triplets to be born sometimes. And the kids should (optionally) become actual characters on the map and move around with sprites and all. Them existing in text form only kinda takes away some of the charm, don't you think?
