Noyel was nice in normal Elona since you could use it to ruin your karma, then just buy it back by giving cure corruption potions to Pael. They sort of "finished" that quest in Plus, so it won't let you give potions continuously anymore.

The Holy Well is there too, but it refilled so slow that it never seemed worth it. There's also a chance that it gives you nothing.

I'm sort of confused by the werewolf thing myself, but when I was spawning some werewolf detectives to look at stats, the first one I was able to confront, but the ones afterwards didn't give the accusation option. So maybe there's some sort of time limit between accusations?
