Exactly. The project's a collaborative effort. It's experimental, but we can get working results much quicker as opposed to leaving it in the hands of groups who call "dibs" who don't have a single finished work under their belt after years of "experience." The best part is that anyone can view the spreadsheet to monitor progress in real time instead of relying on ambiguous (or falsified) percentage updates. And if they can contribute or see an error, they can join the discussion. It's a transparent affair, which is what I like about it.
